Go down Butterly Hill in Ripley/head towards Midland Railway Station

Type of permit required:

Day and Season. Night fishing by permit holders only

Angling club / Operator: Ripley and District Angling Club.
Other ways to obtain a permit: Day tickets on the bank and from all local tackle shops, a passport size photo is required..
Permits and night permits are also available on the bank.


One of my local club waters, quite a good runs water during the summer months. :)
